Well I going for a 3-0 win Newton / Poskett / Lawrence. Roy Hogan red car after 58 seconds a bumper crowd of 1511 with 2 away fans. Pre match presentation from Chairman Vince Barker. He will handover a set of keys to a brand new 7 year old Datson " 58,000 miles " to our manager Billy Horner Hopefully this win moves us up league 4 to the dizzy heights of 23rd. UTP

Going for 1-0 win. Brian Honour takes the net out with a 20 yard volley despite a pre-match agreement with their keeper for 'no blammers'.

One nil loss. John Gill o.g. Vic is a mud bath and bits of wood and paint flake from the green wooden stand when it is hit be a clearance from one of their defenders. Ours know not to do it.

Roy deserved a red car for his ability to plough through the muddiest pitches - and there were plenty of them around

That would be a loss especially with Tony Bircumshaw out with a groin strain.

At least we played well despite the 0-9 scoreline. Looks like Vince is going to have to give a few more bags of spuds away to other North East Chairman to win enough votes to survive yet again. But at least we will never go down to non league football while Vince is alive.

Probably the most underestimated Pools player of all time.

His brother was most definitely shite though.
