I liked him as a player at Pools- I remember losing (think it was 2-1) to Betty's Boys at the Stadium of Cake under Dicky Dosh.

We were shite that day - though he played really well (in what could have been his debut). I clapped him off and got a thumbs up from him- whilst barracking Dicky Dosh for his shear ineptness, at the same time! That might have been the game, after which Dicky swapped jobs with Higgy, before fucking off shortly afterwards.

Other than Uncle Darren - that really was the most bizarre manager appointment in my 40 years!

Another player who i cant fathom as to why he isnt in the League - hes a consistent goal scorer.
