I am thinking of leaving Virgin Media but have been told that my e mail account (old ntlworld.com) will be deleted after 6 months losing all historic emails contacts etc.
Is there anyone on here who can advise on this matter. It sounds like a restraint which i thought was not allowed?

I was a Virgin customer for several years . Two years ago I moved house to an area that did not have Virgin coverage. Despite the fact that they could not provide me with a service they charged me nearly £200 for cancelling the contract. I wrote several times to their complaints department and never received a reply. So much for customer relations. Despite this I still have my ntlworld.com email address,

How do you access your ntlworld emails?
Via the virgin media site?
