It's OK for you lot, being there and all. The kick off isn't until 10pm here so it'll finish about midnight. Now our rass has promised to take me downtown on the lash if we win, and anyway, we got promoted so I should go and celebrate at least. So I asked what time the Green Bar shuts and she said 1am............... :evil:

Now I know she knows where the REAL late night pubs are but so far she's not letting on. How does the Chinese water torture go again?? :sweeeet:

I am EXTREMELY nervous mind..i feel like i'm in the team!

Winning the title would be the finest moment of my poolie career, HOWEVER,if we dont quite make it then que sera sera and all that. As somebody posted on Rivals, we are all invited to a promotion party at the Vic on Saturday, lets make the place bounce! rolf

and no fecking whining!!

Im probably preaching to the converted i know, so if somebody near you pipes up with the usual bullshit about "typical feckin pools" or that old favourite "shite pools", deck the bastards! rage

I quite like that idea about decking the whingers. I've had a theory about therapy for a while and I'm dying to try it out.

So if you hear anyone start the sentence with 'Typ.........' slap them really hard. I know they'll be shocked at first but they'll forget in minutes. Then they'll go 'typ....' and you slap them again, dead hard. Eventually, their brain will tell them that even thinking 'Typical fooking pools....' makes their face hurt and they'll stop doing it.
