I quite like that idea about decking the whingers. I've had a theory about therapy for a while and I'm dying to try it out.

So if you hear anyone start the sentence with 'Typ.........' slap them really hard. I know they'll be shocked at first but they'll forget in minutes. Then they'll go 'typ....' and you slap them again, dead hard. Eventually, their brain will tell them that even thinking 'Typical fooking pools....' makes their face hurt and they'll stop doing it.
