Talking to an old work colleague, I understand that Alan Noble, the former Darlington chairman is making a comeback. After liquidating a tonne of money through selling his shares in Northgate PLC, he is going to plough a few million into the club. He's not taking over or anything, just funding new players.

Concerning !! I'd hate to see the gap reversed.
