It would be mental if Tevez succesfully sues him, but what Mancini said about Tevez refusing to play was bollocks.
When City's fitness trainer told Tevez he was coming on and to get warmed up, Tevez said "I'm ready".
After a load of confusion Tevez stands up to come on, Mancini shouts at him to F***ckin well sit down, your not playing for me again etc.
Tevez is a spoilt prima donna, but its pretty obvious that the Man City manager used him as a scapegoat for what was a complete shambles.
Even Tevez's agent didn't come up with that version of events.
