good news for the lib dems

Mr Ripper · **Posted:** Thu Aug 06, 2009 12:21 pm

Good move by them I reckon.

Rather Alan than Iain any day of the week.

And only losers and weirdos would even think about voting Lib Dem.

If Alan Wright is an odious gobshyte, what does that make the little ewok.

You aren't suggesting Comrade Fireballovich is a closet Labour Party member are you, surely not.

but who would punch a fish?

Compo · **Posted:** Thu Aug 06, 2009 12:40 pm

I dont know the bloke but guessing from the reaction he isnt well liked by the "older" >35 people on the board, so my question would be is this a good move. The dwarf will loose votes becasue of the hospital and expense fiasco and this bloke wont get vote because he is a tory and people obviously dont like him. Therefore people will look elswhere lib dems are a bit wishy washy and that leaves UKIP or the BNP which I can see gaining a lot of votes in Hartlepool.

Then again Labour will walk the next election in Hartlepool as everyone in the town knows "they do right by the working class man"

the labour fella is clearly employed in a role way, way above his level of intelligence and strikes me as a somewhat grubby little arselicking tosspot keen to get his repulsive snout in the trough.

the tory fella is an egotistical, smug, self promoting, bag of wind. just looking at the wretchedly glib expression on his face in that photo makes me want to vomit rich brown puke all over my desk.

from a political perspective a i would glady shoot the pair of them in the face from very close range and dump the body in a skip bearing the livery " dead tramps " assuming i could lift their bloated piggy bodies.

HTH.

Well that's that cleared up, it goes against the grain, but I'll be voting Lib Dem.

I've always been to the right of the Labour Party, always voted for them, but now I wouldn't give them the time of day...a group of smug middle class suits who have the brass neck to believe they have something in common with the working man.

Truth hurts then eh Tory Boy?

No matter HOW badly the Labour Party fook it up, your old Etonian Boys can't even get within spitting distance in Hartlepool

How very sad

I've never voted Tory and never will but can you explain how he's odious and possibly even more of a cock than the current mp.

I'm not slating you. It would be interesting to know how you came to that conclusion.

As far as I can see, the man is passionate about Hartlepool, constantly promotes the town in a positive light; goes to every Pools home game and is clearly a fan. Ticks more boxes than the current mp as far as I can see.

So how many electioneering articles is he going to write in the Mail? Blimey!

jish · **Posted:** Thu Aug 06, 2009 10:20 pm

going to Pools makes no difference whatsoever but i think it shows an affinity with the town where he was brought up and lives. He goes to all of the matches at home. I know this as he sits in the row in front of me.

From your comments, i thought you might have known him or had something to do with the bloke.

For the record, i'm good mates with both of his sons and just feel it might be a tad unfair to call him an odious gobshyte and a cock considering you've met the bloke briefly once.

Each to their own.

oh and the tory fella is in his sixties. i dislike old people on principle, pottering about, cluttering the place up, sucking the lifeblood out of the gaff, and clogging up the post office when i need to do important stuff. why is he even still alive ?

with a few exceptions, people should be put down when they get to 60, and their bodies dumped in a skip marked " had a good innings " because the honest truth is that we dont need them any more.

we deffo shouldnt be electing coffin dodgers imho.

But how will the Bunker 5-a-side nights keep going in 5 years time, after you've had me thrown in a skip?

Good job you weren't around in 1939 then, we'd have had Churchill and Roosevelt 'put down' and as Hitler was only 49, you's have let him carry on.... and you'd be posting on the Hitler Youth board as Chip von Fireball. rolfl

You do know he didn't say all of those things about himself?

He owns a publicity company, he is hardly going to fill it full of quotes like

'Alan Wright is a bounder and thinks Hartlepool is shite' is he?
