Came out yesterday that all theses wind turbine owners are getting compensation for turning them off as the grid can’t cope with the output and modernising it will take nearly 30 years costing billions…so much for cheaper power bills quoted by zzMillibean…wouldn’t it have made more sense to build the wind turbines alongside the construction of the grid…..or be like other countries who use gas, oil and nuclear and much cheaper…Millibean couldn’t light a barbecue, never lecture an entire country the odd ball
