near the bottom of the article it mentions lack of evidence and detail. thats nearer the truth plus someone wanting to make a story more interesting by a bit of addition and subtraction of the truth. even in a kids game on the rec you need to concentrate even if your mind does wander about what you will be having to eat later. anybody who has ever reffed a few games will have had games where you did not blow the whistle for a long period or never got out of the centre circle basically because there was no reasons to do so.

yes, closely followed with that bloke with a beard from barnsley trelford mills. funny though that none of them looked that bad when you saw them in a non pools game.

remember my mate telling me after his regular yellow card with mills in the middle that he asked him when they were leaving the pitch why he did nor like him. getting booked everytime you are in charge helps a bit with some offences that were not given as fouls in other games.
