Update on Illegals crossing the Channel

With just 2 weeks remaining since Labour came to power a year ago on July 5 the figure of illegals entering the UK in small boats under Starmer's watch is;

41144 in 730 boats

Was it not his policy to smash the gangs and smash these boat crossings?

I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

French police just standing there watching on...They do nothing to intervene ,or try and disrupt it taking off in waist high water.Instead they just watch a clearly overloaded boat limp off into the dangers ahead in the Channel...Taxi boats waiting nearby as well, ffs!

Blame the Tories and Brexit for that Sussex. And if you are so 'angry' about this why aren't you patrolling the beaches of Sussex and stopping these 'illegal' migrants...which they aren't of course.

How aren’t they illegal…?
If boats like that, full of a load of tourists having a carry on tried to leave port normally, they’d be pulled back sharpish on safety reasons alone and charged.
But with these death traps everyone turns a blind eye..odd that.

Nothing funny about them loading kids onto those boats,Mutley...What sort of parent would do a thing like that considering they're already in a safe country?.

Someone who is an expert lawyer needs to spell out the facts on this issues because it feels like we are not being given the full legal facts on this matter.
We all think its easy to stop this but it seems it aint. Why?

They aren't deemed illegal until they have been processed and found to have no right to be here.

Entering a country without documentation makes you illegal.
These people are entering the country purposely without documentation which adds to the fact,
It’s obviously the work of criminal gangs in which the passengers are compliant because they pay for the criminals ‘services’.
If seeking asylum they can apply for asylum…this is jumping the queue.
Sadly Tory and Labour governments weak handling of the situation and generous treatment in comparison to other European countries has made things worse….them ‘refugees’ in France were in the sand dunes, not nice hotels.

if any of us tried doing the opposite everyone on hear knows quite well you,d get short shift especially from any of the countries these illegals are from. would love to know what the answers from the all refugees welcome here gang have to offer.
