Ayoub Khan, MP for Birmingham, a close ally of Jeremy Corbyn, launched a petition to cancel the above match to be played on 6th November.

'Their arrival in Aston - a diverse and predominantly Muslim community - poses a real risk of tensions within the community and disorder,' added the petition, which was also signed by Mr Corbyn.

So here we have a Muslim not wanting any Jewish supporters from this Israel football club to visit Aston!
Surely the Muslims in Aston can welcome these supporters and treat them no different to other supporters??!!

I think the reaction by the Israel Club not to accept any tickets for their away fans is the right thing to do.

A case of the Muslims demanding what they want and in my opinion have no right to do so!
The area around Villa park looks like a 3rd world town and again in my opinion does not look english at all.
As has been said before on this forum, the Muslim's voice is getting louder and louder!

Why can’t they bus em in and bus em out, no contact unless someone is looking for contact.

The bus would probably get attacked Snowy.
Shows you there are no go areas in our own country and the no go areas have been formed by people, who in my opinion, should not be here.
Others may disagree with me, that is their choice, but this country is going to the dogs!

If the bus gets attacked, we’ll know who’s to blame then.
This way it’s all done on bluff and bluster, does this mean we can say for example we don’t want Carlisle fans because they eat the seats, the precedent has been set now.

To put it succinctly, the Muslims have dictated in this instance, Jews are not welcome in Aston.

Also Aston Villa FC is allowing any stewards (obviously Muslim) the choice of not reporting for duty for that game and it won't count against them with regard to contractual obligations.

Scary with what is happening!

Surely they can’t base it on violent supporters.
I know of no match being cancelled or opposing fans being banned on the strength of their reputation……this is setting a worrying precedent when local politicians apparently have such powers.

And Birmingham are set to hold the European Athletics Championships next year.
And I believe the city is hosting Euro 2028 matches.

The MP should be asked to resign forthwith.

The UK 'government' was very recently saying that it would fund any necessary policing operation to allow Maccabi's fans to attend this fixture and/or find a way of resolving the situation.

Lo and behold, just a few days later, Maccabi state that they would decline any ticket allocation from Villa over safety concerns, thus immediately taking the heat (and embarrassment) off Starmer and his useless minions. Perhaps rather than fund a major policing operation to keep the locals and visiting fans apart, could a decision have been made to 'persuade' Maccabi to prevent the clubs fans attending - and also to reimburse Villa for lost revenue? Just a thought.

Nothing would surprise me.
Funny how no local politicians down the years have ever demanded any teams fans who a bad reputation for violence be banned from visiting their local football ground.
Load of old cobblers.

yet another example of giving minorities too much power. its not exactly a situation that muslims will be a large percentage of the home fanbase with possibility of an equal number of jews as them supporting villa. would not mind as much if it was something the vast number of muslims are actually interested in. whats going to happen when spurs visit villa park with there large jewish following. you know how long we,d last as stewards if we decided to boycott a muslim team visiting the ground and non halal food only being available. then people wonder why there is a rise of the right in this country. they have been given the ammunition.

Not just the rise of the right, but the rise of the normal person who is sick to death of minorities having the upper hand and their wants being put first!

true, once if you were a minority on anything you were prepared to live your life as a minority and be expected to follow rather than lead. ok they deserve rights but not over the majority viewpoints.

Wanting to ban fans from Israel attending the match in Birmingham based on their religion is what this MP for Birmingham Perry Barr has done.
Ayoub Khan should be ashamed.
Now he is saying it was to do with hooligans and now that is why he wanted them banned.
He should have kept his mouth shut in the first place!

doubt he,d ban birmingham city fans going to villa park if they get drawn against each other in the cup. everyone with half a brain knows the agenda of his type.

She is saying virtually what ordinary Joe in the street is saying more and more and until and unless this hands off muslims attitude is addressed the situation is only going to get worse until the inevitable happens and lives are under threat at best or lost at worst.
I've said this before but I'll keep saying it. If and when Sharia law becomes the law of this land of ours the people who will be the biggest losers will be our womenfolk, no doubt about that.

My grandfathers fought for this country to save the womenfolk.
Where do I sign on to fight this enemy.

well they are asking for it. the more annoying part is not the muslims themselves but the non muslim traitors in power that are the biggest enemy. they have been given an inch and you cannot blame them or any minority to take a mile.

And we can include 'our' King as one of those being treacherous snakes.

Fidei Defensor, defender of the faith, he wants it to mean defender of all faiths or defender of faith.

Bowing down to Islam once more!

Will local Councils now be able to stop league matches if the local authority has fears about visiting clubs whose fans have a reputation for disorder or violence……?
I won’t hold my breath.

or owners who.dabble in right wing politics when there team are due to play one in a labour controlled area. those banned tel aviv fans are only interested in one thing anyway to see there side win a game of football and not spread the jewish word across the city.
