False alarm, Checked out below.

Nothing to be concerned over. This was never confirmed as the SPV to be used for the purchase of the club, it was speculation at the time. Likely that it was set up in case & has since been decided that they don’t need it, so have closed it. No need for anyone to panic.

Still wouldn't be surprised to see Herd Group take 49% of the club short term with gradual full takeover over a 2 or 3 year period. Raj gets what he wants, another investor but retains control of his plaything.
