It was already a difficult situation for the Pools fanbase to endure before Singh's latest tirade which has done nothing except exacerbate the fog that has settled over the club. What happens next - a statement informing fans to look out for black, grey or white smoke emanating from the Vic?

Does this mean that if a buyer is not agreed and in place then we are effectively in administration, if bills stop being paid?

Surely if that's the case any prospective buyer would wait and buy it at a knockdown price off the administrator, debt free

Suppose it would all depend if the Rajanator holds onto the golden ticket, like he did to the loids- that would then mean we start from scratch in Div 9.

For an allegedly successful businessman- find it hard to comprehend just how thin skinned the Rajanator is. He has had nowhere remotely near the amount of stick from the fanbase- that the likes of Garry.(with 2 R's) Gibson got back in the
day- or the even more crooked Coxberg for that matter.

I do think that statement is worrying - however unless one of us can drop a sizable lotto win in the next fortnight - there is fuckall we can do about it.

As for expecting fans to part with season ticket money without even a guarantee of advanced talks in progress - that's just offensive. I hope NOBODY- even the most ardent fan is silly enough to do that, as you potentially will become a creditor, should it all go belly up.

This to me is showing a loyal fan base utter and unjustifiable contempt.

If the guarantee is not renewed we would be automatically insolvent. In those circumstance you are legally obliged to inform companies house and have administrators appointed.

The interim puppet board has two fans on it and I can’t understand how they can put their names on these statements.

They will want there money back so the new owners will have a big bill to pay before they can start. if raj is the saviour he likes to think he is then he should pay the wages until the takeover takes place unless its the new owners and not him who are slow timing.

Of course they will want their money back and rightly so.
But if anyone thinks going into admin will make the club debt free, Then they need to think again because it won,t.

How much is Raj putting in in the first place recently for his lack of funding to leave us in the clarts?--not clear from recent accounts, though can see us having cashflow issues--the real key is whether he's also pulling back anything he has put in historically as part of this--which I assume he is.

Given how thin skinned and petty he is- reckon the lightbulbs and switch plates could be under threat!
