"2nd half performance was not where we wanted it, I felt the 1st half performance was"

We were 2-1 down after 19mins, He,s clearly forgot that was the 1st half.

These "plenty of positives" have produced 2 points from the last 6 games!

He’s read a book on motivation and is just following the praise gets better results than criticism route…he’s a robot who is unable to adapt to reality
Prob the sort of bloke who thinks he’d be a great golfer because he’s good at Golden Tee, all theory and no practice

Give him a chance, remember this is the bloke who took Berwick Rangers from the bottom of the Lowland League to winning the Scottish Premier and Scottish Cup within 4 seasons, then over the next couple of seasons going on to win the Champions League, World Club Cup and selling their best player, Hamish Burns signed from Eyemouth United on a free, to Riyadh City for 1 trillion, that financed the building of a new stadium, training facilities and a free season ticket for every resident of Berwick upon Tweed.

Albeit this was achieved on the computer game Football Manager, not in reality, but it looked great on his CV, and ultimately played a big part in convincing our board of Directors that he was the man for the job.

Feel he got the job by default because Lenny saw what was coming and wanted to be in the safety of the boardroom and so threw him to the lions and told to get on with it. The main problem with the team the pitch and the stadium lies firmly at Raj's door. It is because of his reputation and arrogance that we can not get a decent manager.

Anyone coming in ….even with a reasonable record is soon swallowed by some strange gas of inertia and bafflement that leads to disillusionment.

even her in the kitchen finds him comedy gold. just say it as it is skippy without the bullshit that i doubt nobody agrees with from the owner down. he aint popular but every interview he gives mean less support for him.
