HUDSA have enquired several times about this and we keep getting told that there is going to be one,but when nobody knows.
Chris my mate who uses a walking frame has been taken through the lounge door and down the corridor and into the shop that way,so yes in a way there is access but as I was asked about this after the staincliff night and a similar thing here about disabled having a right to use the front door.
If someone drives into the car park and needs to use a disabled ramp all they see is a big step up at the moment,how do they know there is another way into the shop and just drive away not spending their money in the shop.
