The Poolie Bunker

... just seen a report on the BBC about the governments proposals for households to cut their carbon emissions in the future by....60% .
A report by the University of Surrey has estimated that to achieve the figure, you will have to give up...your car....all your electrical appliances, except lighting, which will have to be energy bulbs, your central heating ... and foreign holidays by air ...which would produce an average saving per household of 67%....... I think I see a problem selling this one Tony

does this mean I have to get rid of my flame thrower?

..happily no, providing you use environmentally friendly napalm, you can incinerate away to your hearts content.
