The Poolie Bunker

I thought he did well but I wouldn't say he had a 'great game' and he made a lot of mistakes that Boland wouldn't have done.

effing hell!
theres no way i'm buying THAT!!!

[especially now i have to give credit to wilson....... ]

I'd say he was 'good', which is a significant improvement in itself. Beforehand I worried that the central midfield would be too light but they both equipped themselves well.
He replaced our best player in the most influential position on the field and the team were fantastic. You cant really hope for better than that given what had happened before.
Of course some noggins will say he's crap (as have done on rivals) because they've made their minds up and seem unable to change them.
Well done Lee

he surprised me yesterday!!!

wot with?

his impression of a jolly geen giant with a gun. Mr I told us that's what Pools have these days. I have complained that I don't have a gun myself

like this one?

Sikorsky CH-3E 'Jolly Green Giant'

we missed boland big style in the second half when we needed someone to put there foot on the ball and steady the team

salty just keep quiet they wont remember :sweet:

hes shit and stop defending him cause we won, bring back willie boland ffs bring some back bone into the midfield

I'm with you John. I said the other day that I think we're guilty of comdemming players for no other reason that they were signed by Martin Scott. Proctor deserves a chance and although you have to admit that Bullock has been non existant in his past performances, credit where its due.

the last 20 mins our midfield was crying out for a general we didnt have one. the sooner bullock , proctor etc out of club the better. we can get 3-4 decent players for the wages these two picking up

But even is Bullock had lived upto expectations, he isnt a 'Bolland' type of player

Give the lad a break, for the time being at least, he played well on Saturday by all accounts and coming on as a sub against Petbore(I think) won more headers the the whole team had done in the previous half

Well done Bullock. He got stuck in.

I thought we had a new superhero playing for us. Everyone around me kept shouting "Bullock man!"
Timmy.

You are seriously talking out of your arse.

Bullock did the job he was asked to do. Nobody is saying he is Willie Bolland Mark 11.

But he did a good job in a great team performance.

He deserves nothing but credit for it.

Its come to something when even when a player has a good game he is still critisised.

I am Bullocks biggest(Not size wise, you bastads) critic, but I refuse to critisise him after that.

He was very good. And ran his socks off and challenged for every ball.

What more could he do?
buy you one of them super duper 12" long hotdogs for all the praise you've gave him
