Anyone remember the Pedersen game in 97' when he put in one of the best performances ever in a Pools shirt?

Oh yes, very good. If My memory serves me correctly it was a few days after Xmas and loads of people had party poppers and other shite to throw all over the place. I'm sure we played them off the park but they beat us thanks to two Gary Jones goals

Yeah they beat us 2-0. Loads of poolies there, amazing turnout and we sang our heads off all game. We sign Jones 2 years later and he couldn't hit a barn door.

We just have no luck with strikers, bring back Gordon Watson.

Last time I was there I think we lost 1-0 we played Marcus Richardson up front by himself, I think it was his first game back from being on loan somewhere.

Probably the same one I was at, freezing bloody cold, about 100 Poolies there and we played absolute garbage. I'm going for some more tonight but I don't hold out much hope.
