I found Python amusing in parts, sadly it was one of those cult type comedies where parties of believers would roam the comedy landscape burning non believers who didn't worship at the feet of Python and find every single bit uproariously funny.... never laugh at some thing because everyone else is laughing, judge it on its merits, comedy is like music, tastes differ, the trouble with Python is that if you didn't like it you were classed as a comedy illiterate....
They're a bit like Connolly is now, funny when new and fresh with their comedy inspired by their surroundings and environment, but when they lose touch with their roots they become tedious , pompous old farts who don't realise it as they sit on their terraces in L.A. and visit their therapists .......

and still think they're funny.
