Got round the problem by running the browser as administrator and trying to play the media. Mircosoft then proposes downloading an update to allow it to read digitally crippled files.
It would of course have been useful if Pools World had actually given that information on their site.

I guess those who have no problems must be running as administrator all the time, in which case digitally crippled files are likely to be the least of their worries!

P.S. you only have to run ONCE as administrator to do the update!
