Anyway, loads of real debate has been thrown at you in this thread. You just insult people because you can't provide logical answers.
There's a pretty simple reason that commercial airlines don't fly South to North and it has nothing to do with torches or oversized sewing kits or even more absurdly, God. Flight routes ae dictated generally by the quickest route and lowest fuel cost. So plenty of flights from say China heading to North America fly over the North Pole or very close to it, using the Earth's curvature as well to make the route as direct as possible. The South Pole is obviously, as is the Southern Hemisphere in general, more remote, so very few if any flight routes would be quicker by flying across Antarctica. The Worlds most 'Southerly' route is Sydney to Johannesburg and it has no reason to get as far South as Antarctica. Also it would be very costly for Commercial Airlines to fly over the South Pole and rules are place to stop in the case of engine failure certain distances away from an airport they could safely land at and they would be required to carry certain safety equipment which would result in an decrease in capacity. It's basic common sense. Very few have taken up the challenge of circumnavigating North/South because it's extremely expensive and without hundreds of thousands of pounds in equipment and expertise you will die. You might die anyway crossing the South Pole.

How do you explain a widely available cruise route between say Sydney and North America? How do the convince the people that the 150 Ice Wall is in fact Hawaii "yeah that's Hawaii, over there, I know it's cold but it's winter, no we can't stop there because its errrrrmmm closed" if the World is a disc how does a ship weighing 60,000 tonnes get from Sydney to the USA in about twenty days? That's with loads of stops as well, as is the point of cruises. The distance involved in the disc theory would make that impossible. Do they just drop the bombshell when you get on board? "yeah I know we said this would take three weeks but it's going to take slightly longer, how much longer? Give or take six to eight weeks. I'm sure work will be alright about it" It is beyond mental that you can believe this.
The ultimate irony again is that you start by accusing people of being brainwashed but you are the one who seems prepared to believe anything he reads on the Internet as long as the author is like minded.
Is that real debate or comprehensive enough for you? Can you begin to try to sensibly answer any of it without going on some bizarre (very entertaining may I add) insult laden rant?
