Really?…… look in the mirror…nothings changed at my end….you never noticed I sometimes get into a discussion to widen a discussion with a contrary viewpoint I don’t believe in..because everyone should examine their own beliefs, none of us are right all the time despite what we may believe.
I have no extreme or fixed views on anything actually, but refuse to follow the crowd reaction just because everyone else does …….you now seem very distant since returning,, …but I don’t point it out, I don’t put people in acceptable/unacceptable boxes because of their politics or anything else come to that.
Everyone I know keeps telling me everything’s a joke to me…and actually it is.

You can admire someone who does a good job whilst abhorring them as a person. That doesn't make anyone who does so wrong or a bad person too.
There are huge black clouds hovering over Trump as a person which shouldn't be ignored, but it's hard to ignore the fact that he's done a fair bit of positive stuff politically and internationally.

It wasn't a dig at you, it was a drunken post where normally I'd just watch the telly and say nothing.
I stay off here because I don't want to get involved in political posts, they just piss me off.

Along the lines of my thoughts about him, he’s a thin skinned, vindictive bully who in any other country would be seen as such, however he does put his country first and a lot of other leaders should look and learn including the useless Starmer. He doesn’t have a magic formula he gets results due to being in charge of the most powerful country by a long way his leadership style wouldn’t work in other western democracies.

That’s the difference, I just want people in charge who want the best for the citizens of this country regardless of race or religion but who believe in the country.
We have had the same old story of Tory/Labour on a see saw with the Lib Dims chuntering on as the voice of the Middle Class led by a stunt man…and all are wafflers who do bugger all.
We have a problem.
