Amazingly we are now closer to automatic promotion than we are to 8th place.

Or to put it another way, promotionally speaking, the gap behind us is bigger than the gap in font of us :grin:

3rd place Lincoln 47 pts

5th place Pools 41 pts

8th place Notts 34 pts

Or to put it yet another way, after 24 games this season we are a safer bet to keep our play-off place than we were last year to keep our league place, since back then we only had a five-point cushion! :shock:
