Next match is away to Wealdstone on Tues 17th Feb according to the BBC fixtures but not on the official HUFC site!

Hopefully Pools re-arrange the game for the Tuesday 3rd March, that would fit in quite nicely, 3 home games in a row after 4 consecutive away matches!

No surprise at all following virtually two weeks of non-stop rain, the playing surface would have cut up really badly and remained a soggy bog for the rest of the season. Also the conditions would have brought Pools down to Sutton's level - OR they could have resulted in another 'Aldershot' performance as Pools players tired legs struggled through the mire. Also allows time for Feaths to snap up more EFL talent as Accy mentioned, and for any niggles and knocks sustained at York to clear up. Pretty much a win-win scenario I would think.

Strange that Pools give this amount of notice to a Southern based team to stop them a needless journey and wasted overnight stay yet we usually get down there to be postponed within a few hours of kick off, should work both ways.

My thoughts too. At this level an inspection should always be made early in order to prevent wasted travel even if it later becomes playable..

exactly. i have always said that there is always another day to play games. the only problem is the money the home club loses with a saturday postponement when its moved midweek by a lower gate.
