I know what you mean though - when Pools get beat it doesn't hurt at all.

Billy got suspended temporarily and can come back now if he wishes.
KPG has not been banned or suspended, so he is free to post any time he likes.
Leggie If I remember right stopped for personal family reasons.
People choose to post or not as they see fit.
People do go missing from time to time, they even do it with the football club. I do that myself, I haven't been to the Vic for over twelve months, entirely my decision and for reasons known only to me and my family. It's no big deal, we're all adults and adults make decisions.
Mutley knows KPG and Leggie personally so maybe he can persuade them to come back and post if he misses them that much.
I like all three as posters but how they spend their leisure time is surely up to them.
