PM Stuck in Outbox.

I have sent PMs in the past but the last 2 I have tried to send are stuck in my outbox, serious answers only please.

Is it possible the person you are sending it to has a full inbox?

It stays in the outbox until the person reads it...then it goes in the sent box. Maybe the person hasn't been online for a while.
