Me Dad loved Nessun Dorma - we played it at his funeral, can't listen to it to this day - & he died 16 years ago sadx

Here's how 'in touch' with the football fan the FA is.

At England v Poland, the last World Cup qualifier, they brought G7 onto the pitch and they sang Nessun Dorma. The crescendo of boos because it's considered Italy's anthem was so deafening it actually drowned out Old Trafford's PA system.

Mind you, it was better than 'Football's Coming Home,' which of course it never has. :roll:
