Look out for yours truly running around Billingham on Sunday morning!

I'm hoping to compete in the 10km road race, starting at 11am from Billingham Synthonia.

We'll have to see if we can get away from the Sunday Lunch preparations, it takes quite a while with 3 growing lads, and pop down to give you our support.

I keep saying I'm going to get back into condition, and run in my old clubs 10k, maybe next year!!

I'll look out for you offering me one of your yorkshire puddings on route.

I'll be wearing red shorts and the golden vest of Crook & District AC which will be emblazoned across the chest in red lettering

Feel free to pace me around if you want!

Around about 43 minutes!
Long gone are the days of 35 mins for a 10k

Cheeky monkey.... but soooo true ha ha!
Anyway, you still owe me a ½ of Amstel, a couple of tulips, a spliff and one of those nice cookies in that nice coffee shop with the red lighting around the window!

The only way I could pace you around at the moment would be in the car.
