Just read a new book called "Tommy the Thinker". It's a really good read. clappp

It's by a Hartlepool lad called Phil Watson. Never heard of him before but seeing as he's a Hartlepool lad I'd give him a shout out.

It's published through Amazon.

i had trouble doing that as i could not pad things out like others or anybody writing fiction does. just pick up an old book at random and cross out the unnecessary padding to a story and you have not many relevent pages left in the end. its an art is writing that few have.

Read the first few chapters, seems decent, initially based around the 60s at the beginning.

Finished reading the book it was an ok read with a few twist and turns, the main character was a bit like ‘Robin Hood’ , anyone ex forces would probably like to read it. The majority of the locations mentioned were in Hartlepool apart from the out of town trips, the main characters name was Flounders a popular name in the town. The end gave me the impression there will be a follow up.
