so why not have a vote of no confidence in the FANS REP as if the assaults on other or threats against other Poolies which I do not doubt. He is not a fit and suitable person to represent the club. So please Mr Bunkerput an item of vot of no confidence in this person that we can all sign.

Why have a vote of confidence on something that doesn’t exist.
He rose from nowhere and anointed himself as our ‘saviour’ and voice in the boardroom, even Jesus wasn’t that pushy.

A bit similar to the witch hunting in time gone by if he can walk on water at the marina he is the man if not then we have not lost anything worth keeping.

Got to say that its highly surprising that considering our Director with specific responsibility for improving Supporter Engagement, by setting up forums for representatives of Supporters Groups to feedback to the board (from the initial official announcement of hisvposition) has so far (1 month on) released only a single statement - nothing at all to do with fan engagement but telling us he had a part in the Phillips sacking and Sarll appointment wtf? Oh and creating a huge rod for his own back by declaring himself the fans rep!
Maybe an introduction are statement from himself telling us a bit about himself and how he sees his role going forward and what his plans are would have been more appropriate?

I do not know John Walter Mitty Shithead but it seems obvious to me that he needs to contact both the S.A and HUST as a matter of urgency to arrange a clear the air meeting. All supporters of the club need to be pulling in the same direction. Unfortunately owners of football clubs do not like supporters to be organised because they might ask awkward questions. This appears to be the case here. Over to you Mr Walter Mitty Shithead.

There are no circumstances that the bloke would contact the trust. He has been the main voice shouting them down.

Wonder if this is why he was appointed, definitely seems like an F U to the trust from Raj

It really is poor there has been no proper announcement from this bloke post his appointment
I don’t know him from Adam but he’s coming across as a real stooge

I honestly think it was a cocky smart arse quip by the self appointed great communicator and his own work…and some people are biting and giving it the credibility it neither warrants nor deserves.
He speaks, you react…ignore.

To be fair it's incredulous to think that Raj doesn't want the club to succeed. Why would any businessman who doesnt have an affinity for HUFC buy a business with virtually zero assets unless there was a prospect of a return on his investment?
If the intention was to take destroy the club then surely he would've taken us into administration and walked away. It just doesn't make sense. He could have left any of the inept managers in place which would have taken us into the abyss (NLN).
I firmly believe he wants us to succeed and to get his money back that is the best way forward for him (and us).
This is not in any way meant as a defence of the man, merely my own opinion.
He has made some horrendous decisions which have taken the club backwards on and off the pitch. Hartley (whom he himself claimed he'd never heard of) did long term damage which couldn't be resolved fully until the contracts he awarded to players who were never good enough ran out. His appointment over a month ago of a man to improve supporter engagement, but has yet to show any public signs of doing so, and a man who is obviously despised by many fans, looks to be another horrendous decision.
We can only hope that in Sarll and his team we've

Been said many times.
The opportunity for Raj to get his soalled money back plus make some for himself was after promotion.
Ground Rocking
Cup runs.

Not impossible to get back to that point in a year's time because of how shit standard this division 5 is.

But boy if it does happen then he has to learn the lessons from last time.
Probably the best time to sell up because yoyoing between 4 n 5 ain't acceptable.
3 n 4 maybe.
UTP.

then if the club had success even if he did not provide it he,d be so delighted by it he would only then sell for a stupid offer thats not going to turn up.

Oddly enough even though we've come through 2 very bad seasons, potentially we're now in a good place to improve significantly imo:

Most of the deadwood have gone
New manager and backroom staff in place and in good time to build a squad
7 or 8 good players on the books already
Some good kids who'll be pushing for places in the 1st team this season imo
Reputedly a lot of the higher earners gone and if so money available for replacements
On paper a weak division

Will we make the most of it, who knows it's Pools?

Certainly looks weak the league next year, with exception of southend? Oldham and the likes of Solihull and the vegans. If we dont get out of this league now, could be a long slog, slightly worrying that sarls expectations are to cut the gap to the play offs. You would think the bare minimum would be play offs.

Agree with above, Only i don,t think the League is going to be weak.
Think it will be the most competitive for some time.

all thats spot on and feel at the moment we are in a similar positive position as many of the others are. its going to be about new recruitment and bulding a team with the minimum number of injuries through 46 games that will show if we can make the most of it. not a so called marquee signing, being beaten by another club for a player or getting sniffy about a new signings previous record with little other info about the player themselves. on paper wallace looked a better signing than mancini but that didn,t work out did it.

its only regarded as weak because there are no real money bags clubs about to buy there way out of it.

Thats what i meant by competitive, Clubs much the same.
Rochdale/Oldham/Southend/York could be splashing the cash.

Possibly Eastleigh also, Whos most expensive seat is £354 (Padded seat) i kid you not.

wonder what rochdale will be charging for a padded cell rather than a seat for anybody willing to sign up for that club.

Can see Rochdale and York spending the cash next season. Southend still a mess isnt it ?

be a different landscape as last season - Barnet and Solihull will undoubtedly be up there and for me one of those take the title.
there is always a random like Aldershot and Alty who sneak a playoff every season so expect to see a Rochdale or Oldham get in there next season too. Hoping its us though tbh depending who we sign.

Ill say my wild card for next season will be a Tamworth or Yeovil who will surprise everyone and finish in the top 10.

Going back to the Thread Title:

Is not about time the new board members were showing their faces on the OS.
And giving us their hopes for the coming season and also informing us the easiest way to contact them with ?s.
Think its the norm for a pic to be shown on the OS.

You might as well watch the Muppet Show for all the good it’ll do…probably get more sense too.

It's deeply odd! There could well be some mega-launch planned announcing monthly meetings of all the fan groups, board minutes being published as happens at other clubs, etc... instead we've had a paragraph in a group newsletter and some leaked WhatsApp messages. Beggars belief.
