No magic moments, has the champions league become boring?

Realistically you can just about name the last eight before a ball is kicked.

live the FA Cup semi and finals. all these games played just to get the usual suspects playing yet again that will be described by the media as the game of the century only to be decided on penalties or a single goal.

I made the mistake of putting the Arsenal v Porto game on the other night and lasted about three minutes. Might as well of just gone straight to penalties…

It’s become so tedious and run of the mill, who bothers to watch it anymore.?

I watched all of it. Commentators kept saying how great it was (it wasn't). But I quite like to watch a really narky game, as long as I don't really care who wins. That Pepe bloke a master of shithousery.

As are all the best continental defenders. Remember Ramos "taking out" Salah in the European cup final.

I confess I saw the goals from the Villa match and even for that brief four minutes had to turn the sound off as the female co-commentators voice sounded uncannily like me mam….. I couldn’t take it seriously, it was weird.

I have yet to meet a woman who has decided to start watching footy since the advent of the media embracing it with open arms.

there is more chance of them turning their backs on it when its being shoved down everyones throats at every single opportunity. wonder if the ones who actually play it enjoy watching it. i loved playing hockey but could never watch it because playing and watching were completely different affairs. same with rugby league as i like watching but would never dream of playing it.
