I'm, assuming its his passing out parade? In line with bunker tradition i'm having a good look at the his turnout and trying to pick a fault - I'm struggling!

Forage cap is clean and straight
Collar dogs correct
Those awful white plastic beltsare still in use I see - its straight either way.
Uniform perfectly pressed
Lanyard straight
Nicely bulled boots

Looks like an excellent turnout to me but who's the fat bloke?

By the way; I can see NI and UN whats the third ?

Edit: is it the Queens Jubliee medal ?
