…this season has been one massive cock up after another, if the players weren’t sub standard, then a sort of damp fog of lethargy was a constant feature reinforced by bungling and naivety on the pitch.
The whole management structure off the field is like putting the the Three Stooges in charge and expecting a sensible outcome As for management on the field excluding Askey, we had incompetence and lack of application of Olympic standards, like one legged men in an arse kicking contest they failed to grasp the reins on a runaway horse of a ‘team’ and let it decide the route to ignominy.
Meanwhile, back on the bridge, Captain Raj on the S.S.Hartlepool in true Titanic style hit the relegation iceberg, turned the ship in a full circle and hit it again for good measure…the third time he tried, first officer Askey got some control to avoid it but the damage was done, the crew looked on and shook their heads as S.S. Hartlepool sank beneath the waves.

That is why we need a CEO who can manage the show and the only decent one we've had in living memory is Russ Green. Just give him the job and let him get on with it.
He knows the club and it's fans and he understands them. There'll be no nonsense while Russ is around.

Might have been posted elsewhere but story on Teeside live about ex employee of Pools suing &winning last week at employment tribunal. All around not being paid for hours worked, never given a job description etc. Money owed from 2022 but adds to the crappily run feel.

no the problem did not start this season but after challinor walked away and the 2022 transfer window. the disease started back then and was masked by the cup and trophy runs only to show itself after the rotherham defeat.

A North-east football club has been told to pay its former bar manager more than £3,000 for unlawful deduction of wages.
