That Jennings signing looks like an absolute stinker, there’s not a single chance he was anywhere near our first choice target, looks like a panic buy.

Both Finney and Kiernan have scored goals from midfield at league one and two level in past seasons, which we have sadly lacked for what seems ages.

Certainly a few midfielders to choose from.

If you check wiki like I did you'll see, for example Finney scored 18 goals between 2019 and 22 for Crewe, whereas Featherstone, Crawford and Sylla have 1 goal between them this season.

Kiernan and (I think) Finney can also play up front so maybe we’ve gone for them as our new strikers with Jennings back up?
