Bet365 have us at 4/9 to be relegated. Does anyone think that the club will at least try to prove them wrong cos there appears to be deafening silence afoot at the moment.
Are we still trying to get a bit of talent to join us or what.

There was a few posters put decent cash on us to get promotion pre season.

Most clubs have fans who speculate on their club's performance at the beginning of every season and we are no exception. Once they start they usually carry on in the belief that if they stop doing it that will be the season when success is achieved. Yes it is a daft philosophy but you would be surprised how many people do it. It is like the people who take the same numbers every week in the lottery or the football pools, they daren't miss in case the week they don't enter, that will be the time when their numbers come up.
I usually have a pre season bet but not always on Pools.
My bet this season is a £10 accumulator on. Newcastle to finish top six, Watford to finish top six, Derby to finish top six, Bradford to finish top seven and Chesterfield to finish top seven.
As we speak they are all where I have predicted and I have a cash out offer of £79.23, which is a profit.
I will probably be disappointed but it is a bit of fun and you never know.

Good luck.
Looking good so far.

Cheers Kevin.
Cheers

Unfortunately you are dead right mate. More unfortunately we don't seem to have the will to prevent it.

And going by KCs crack in the Mail dosent look like anyones coming in before Rochdale n Carlisle.
Players probably using Pools as a last resort if they dont get fixed up elsewhere by deadline day.

Yes we might as well wait till we get this next big six pointer out the way before we bring in any quality. We have already forfeited the gillingham game so why not do it this Saturday too.

These are the tactics of the Asylum.
If they were organising the Dunkirk evacuation they’d turn up at Skegness.

Well I personally would rather sell Umerah & buy Johnson if possible.

We’re more likely to sell Umerah…….and that’s it.

Just as in the olden days, to save taxes (or recoup someone's loans), the transfer window has been bricked up.
