Their new clothes outlet opens tomorrow on the site of the previous one in Powlett Road, apparently some of the players were there today doing an official opening.

A few weeks back one of the Raj Out regulars suggested that Pools had lost a major sponsor. From the sound of things it wasn't Suit Direct. Anybody got any more to share on that front?

The Suit Direct links are an absolute nonsense.

The trouble with comments like that about sponsors is they are never substantiated and speculation is given the as fact.
If a sponsor had pulled out, in order to be taken seriously, the author of the comment must apparently know the sponsor in question…. But, these comments never put any meat on the bone.

Put together your "speculation is given as fact " and his "I'm very excited about Armstrong signing for us on New Year's Day" and I think you'll find you're both on the same page

People were on about "speculation" weren't they? I just pushed the boundary to player speculation as opposed to sponsorship speculation for the sake irony. Basically just having a laugh. I promise not to do this ever again.

Popped in this afternoon, got some really cheap Ben Sherman stuff on offer too. Treat myself to a nice hooded coat for the match.

If we sell a player do they have to hand the suit back?
And more importantly do we have to buy a player who is the same size?

get em to hand the suit back and then put it on an auction site to get more money in for the club. could try the same with the player or swap for a new chip pan.

There was this top coat that was rather snazzy, could imagine Sussex strolling around his South Coast territory with it on, while conducting his debt collecting...

That’s the coat he wore in 1984 when he won ‘Sussex & Kent Goat Castrator of the Year’.

I’d recommend boxer shorts and trousers too, the magistrates won’t let you get away with it a third time

The Sponsor pulling out may have been the one from the away shirt... heard one or two things... non confirmed of course !

should the logo be removed from the away shirt if we play in that on Boxing day then we can assume the info is correct.
