Retirement - no !
All income from the seats has gone to purchasing more public access defibrillators for Hartlepool (£1100 each) - here's hoping.

When I was a kid my parents had a caravan at Crimdon that they used to rent out for the summer (we only used it in the off season, when it was feckin' freezing.)

The idea was to earn an extra bit of income. Most bookers were from places like Glasgow, after a bit of sun (don't laugh...) Most were alright, but summer after summer there there'd be a booking from hell that left the caravan wrecked and in need of a lot of repairs.

The Hartley 'family' was Pools' booking from hell.
