I feckin hope he's not a real County fan 'cos i'm cringing in embarrassment reading his posts :uhoh:

Good result for your boys at Lincoln (buggered my accumulator up in the process which should give you added joy! )

Blackpool at home? not a glamour tie by any means but good chance of an upset & onto round 4?

Not too fussed about missing out on a trip to Loftus rd. been a few times, nowt special apart from a day out in the smoke so good luck to Rotherham.

Good luck against the other 'poolies'

Certain aspects of the posts that caught my eye says it wasn’t from Stockport either.

Remember a home game against Stockport County on a Good Friday back in the 70s. Pools were 5-0 up at half-time and with everyone expecting it to beat the old Barrow 10-1 record it finished 5-0! Also remember going to Stockport one Friday night, again in the 70s and Pools got stuffed 0-5 and it pissed down all night especially on the Poolies that were there. Remember Jimmy Naylor taking the piss out of a bobby who was wearing a white coat for some reason.

think they also had a 6 nil win at their place the season before or after that one. we also had another 5 nil win at the vic in a mid week game around 1970. also at one time they had played us more than any other club with both sides having really good home records against each other.
