Great news up to 4,000 can see matches from 17 May, so we will be able to catch the last home game of the season and join in with hopefully a fantastic celebration.

So let’s see who we’ve got.....oh maybe not then!

up to 4,000 is not the vic. its a percentage of the grounds capacity like it was when mentioned last year. it will be more or less season ticket holders only so do not get your hopes up too much.

It's 4000 or 50% of capacity which ever is the lowest.
In last notes Mail 3900 fans allowed in the Vic.
A lot higher than I was expecting and scope for ST sales if we produce the Miracle of promotion.

I read it as 25% of capacity or 10,000?
Whatever is lowest.

That's for the larger stadiums ( 40000 ) + all seaters.

Pretty sure we had around 3,000 season ticket holders last season.

We don't often get over 4,000 now at home, our second last home game against Notts had 3,800.

thats what i thought also. anyone actually got the written proof one way or another. what was the attendance maximum at the vic going to be last time around when they were thinking of opening the place up to a percentage of fans. the whole thing looked complicated anyway and is it really worth the bother for what could be only one game.

Hope this clears it up

Crowds can return to sports venues.
For larger outdoor seated venues (like Wembley) this could mean as many as 10,000 people or a quarter of capacity allowed at stadiums holding 16,000 or more (whichever is lower)

For smaller outdoor venues (like pools) it would be 4,000 maximum or 50 per cent capacity, whichever is lowest.

Anyway although although it would be still 3,900+ it is all academic as the only home game after the relaxation of the rules is against Dover and there is close to zero % chance of that taking place.

By the start of next season there will hopefully be no restrictions and a bumper first home game to see the return to League 2?

I doubt it as even if we finished in the top 2, I think there is every chance the EFL will cancel relegation/promotion on the basis that there is no relegation from the National League and several of our teams may refuse to finish the season.

Not a chance the football league will refuse promotion from national League.
Imagine it would be illegal anyway and would destroy an already fractured non League pyramid.
As for our division not fulfilling its fixtures it's only Dover who don't seem bothered about goin down about 4 divisions.

Fully expecting the Vic to be rocking for a play off game even with only 4000 fans in.

exactly. isn,t that just typical pools. no one but a pools fan could write it. there is a chance in the play offs but we all know than will consist of away games only because of where we,ll finish.

realistically pools could at the moment finish anywhere between top to 10th. just to need getting results, hope for the best, and more than 1 of the top 10 will blow up in what is the second half of the season. got a feeling sutton will eventually get into a run of bad form at the wrong time.
