Solihull highlights on OS now.
Once again done by a referee.
With Var at the top and total incompetence at our level, how long is it going to be before a manager takes his players off.
I can see this meddling incompetence by the people at the top of football and gutless officials "doing as they're told" and managers being fined and/or banned or both for daring to have an opinion, and television companies altering the fixture lists, football is heading for the high courts.
Patience with the game is wearing thin.

Well, I've seen it now, and for me it's not a sending off, for simple reason its too far out to be a case of denying a goalscoring opportunity. Had I been refereeing that's how I would've viewed it. So yes Pools have every reason to feel aggrieved, these things happen though and you would like to think over a season they will even themselves out.

Not to mention Ofosu being barged in the back as he was about to put the ball into the net, & Bloomfield being tripped by the first defender who stuck his leg out behind

Timmy & Osborne were tussling for the ball. 6 of one & half a dozen of the other. No way was that a red card offence

Only a nano second of highlights for me, dont know how much people saw on the live stream, but from what Ive seen , not even sure its even a yellow card offence or foul. A good ref, unbeknown to many football supporters , would take into account , rightly or wrongly , events leading up to the incident , the prior shirt pulling from Osborne, the meaty tackle from Osborne etc before coming to a decision. At the end of the day though , our players have to wise up to this.

with my referees hat on and not my poolie one i have got to agree. we,d have all expected the worst if pools players had committed these offences.

the situation of managers being fined or banned for comments on referees needs looking at. if they are said in a reasonable manner and not some ranting from someone who has lost it then its fine. they are allowed to question the ref a certain time after the game. this is totally pointless as their book of excuses quickly comes out for all decisions and non decisions made. if only referees in general attempted to become more human and less robotic then the game would improve. if you have had a nightmare game, which no one intends to have, just say you are sorry. most managers may accept this as they all had games they played in that they wanted to forget. they do not want to hear the same old excuses from the same people week in week out.

To be fair, I think the refereeing in our games so far this season has mostly been decent. Tuesday night's abysmal performance by the ref was the first time you could say decisions definitely had an influence on the result. Wonder if that might change though with only home fans in the ground for the games at Barnet, Eastleigh and Worthing.

Wasn’t even a yellow card and the little rarf almost gave them a penalty in the second half before changing his mind. Totally incompetent, didn’t know his arse from his elbow.
