but over the years of threatening to say, "that's it, I'm not going back" I've always gone to the next game regardless. This will not happen after today, we should not have been relegated and it should not haver been allowed to happen. As a result I never bought a season ticket for the first time in years, in case we were as bad as last season - but never imagining for a minute that we actually would be - against far worse teams. How can a team like Shrewsbury do nothing but win so easily?
I won't name the players to be shamed again, that's pointless. I will return to watching Pools when things have dramatically improved. I will not wear my Pools tops or display my Pools car memorabilia either. I am disgusted with them and ashamed of the mismanagement of the club in a division where the club's owners have more money than the rest of League Two put together. I can't watch any more overpaid, overrated tossers pulling on the shirt, and managed by an apparent blind man. Wilson was starting to win me over but after today - words fail me.Sorry, but this won't go away this time.

I'm sorry to say after reading everyones predictions for today majority 3 and 4 goals clear that I backed shrewsbury to win today.why? because we are not a good team,if we were we would be in the division above.everytime we expect them to steamroll a side we do the opposite.
but the car stickers will stay up and the pools top will still be worn and I'll be at peterbro next week expecting us to win,cos thats how it is being a poolie.

do you think they will give us our season ticket money back? im rapidly losing interest. nelson will be away in january. porter too. be interesting to see if monty, snowy, mr i, ecg etc show their faces and defend that shite.

wilson has disposed of the so called bad eggs and brought his own men in... and we are getting worse. one can only hope boland and gibb are on short term contracts.

i said wilson was a good appointment. i hold my hands up. i was wrong. he should go, and take turner and hodcroft with him.

I still say we give him time. It's the culture he needs to change and that doesn't happen overnight. This situation has been developing for some time even before Cardiff and no one can change it in a few weeks.

That said, his subs today were bizzare !

His subs were bizarre alright Mr I.
He managed to send two of them one and instantly weaken both the left hand side and the defence - that's some going.
I've been an Eifion fan in the past but he cant cut it at centre forward or right wing anymore so he's definitely not going to do it on the left wing. We all know where our best left sided player is.
Boland is no better than Strachan. Gibb put three decent crosses in and cocked the rest of them up. Starting Daly ahead of Porter, after the Aussie won the last match for us, was a joke. Daly cannot win flick ons, cannot head the ball, does not attack the ball and takes three seconds to decide what he is going to do most of the time. He has a slow brain football wise and is soft as shite.
The defence was fine, until the subs came on.
I wont be singing Wilson Out but he's relying on a kid and a player who really should not be playing to get us goals and its obviously not working.

My Pools shirt is lying crumpled in the corner where I threw it when I came in

If it hadn't just cost me 40 quid it would be in the bin, absolutely disgusted after today

Anything less than a win next week & I will be the same as Parmo

Today is the only day in my Pools supporting history where I've actually considered leaving before the final whistle.

And it was with about 15 minutes to go.

Their fans were f*cking crap too, they knew during our first half bombardment (should that be in speech marks?) that they were the poorer team.

Same old Pools - rise to the big challenges, and lower themselves to the worse teams' level. All we needed was a missed penalty to cap it all off.

Seen worse and we'll see it again, but I aint panicking like I was last season and yes I'll be there for the next match. IF I'd stopped going to Pools every time we played shite I'd have given up going a looooong time ago.
Has everyone suddenly started to believe we have a right to win? ... WE WERE SHITE TODAY...but can't we hack the rough patches any more or do we just demand a happy script now?.....

Yes Snowy we do - we had shite for years, then miraculously we didn't any more, don't care about the shite in the past, it's the shite now, we have had a taste of success & none of us are happy at going back to how things were 6 or 7 years ago - something wrong with that?

I had this conversation with my mate today chip,it went along the lines of 'when was the last bashtard time we scored from the result of a corner?'

I cant remember.

The set-pieces are gash.

Other teams arent.

Teams lose matches... we were shite today but you choose to constantly question the management, these players were shite before the new manager and the new signings arrived....try asking the can't be arseds on the pitch what the problem is, because if they got their fingers out we wouldn't be having this 'discusiion'.

After that inept show yesterday i left the ground feeling more pissed off than i have for years, even after our last game in Lge1 against Port Vale.
What annoyed me was the the fact that Shrewsbury were an average run of the mill set of Lge2 plodders and we made them look brilliant with the most gutless show i've seen in a long time.
I hope the players have been in for extra training this morning because they BLOODY need it.
They should all be sent on a Royal Marine training course for a few weeks to toughen the lily livered wusses up
I think the Chairman, Directors, Manager, Coaching Staff, and Players need to take a long hard look at the situation and PUT IT RIGHT NOW not sooner or later but NOW, because if not the spectre of the Nationwide Conference is looming large on the horizon. rage rage rage

Snowy that is just patronising bollox.

If you really think we shoul all remember when we really were shite, then I take it you havent noticed the extra 1000 fans are so that dont ever recall it.

We are sleep walking back to the days you just mentioned.

Some clubs dont let it happen. Why should we?
but that's not what I said did I....now read it again, there's a good lad.
