Bloody power cut just as I put the dough in, thought the residual heat would bake it in the Dutch oven but was just a moist mass sadx
Yours survived and baking it off now, will let you know how good it is later

Got to say i would die for a Cotswold Crunch now with ham and butter.
Life is dough but how about putting in a claim to the electric company for my emotional distress?

My kids love the chewy texture, they call it crumpet bread, love how the lurpak gets in the spaces, great with olives, salami and from age.

Made a cracking 7 hour white yesterday, wish I could show you but file too big to upload, the flavour is immense and pair it with dry fried farmers market pork sausage at a low heat, juicy and moist

2 beauties yesterday, the overnight proof gives a lot more flavour and the sourdough has no yeast, just the starter to make it rise.

I’d imagine I have forgotten about more Pools games than you’ve been to, most people tend to support a football team for life you see.

Aren’t you from Southport? That is who you should support if you are going to start to try and get a rise out of people stick to bread.

I’m not sensitive in the slightest but why are you having a personal conversation about real life on this forum and mixing it with someone who you have never spoken to? Mention me and I will probably respond in kind if you do that. Very Valid what I’m saying as well the Manchester United links are as bad the recent Tory allegations.
