When you think that Milk advert was running in the early 90s when Marseille where in 2 European Cup finals winning one its quite an achievement.
Even if it was just a friendly the Marseille team was pretty strong.

shows how football can change. who in the early 90,s thought pools would be playing the then top tier notts county in a non league game or forest green [thats if you,d heard of em] would be in the league.
