The documentary last night was a brutal watch, the graphic description of what he allegedly did to them was horrific. The parents should also take some blame for allowing their children to sleep in a bed with a fully grown bloke.

This is what predators do, they manipulate the parents aswell as the kids.

It’s interesting I heard today that loads of American radio stations banned his music years ago because they decided he was a nonce but none have ever followed in the UK which is strange really. I wonder if the US version of ‘Dave’ still plays repeats of Jim’ll Fix It?

Exactly so, but then again there's a very long history of adults procuring their children for financial gain or personal advancement. Though he was never convicted in a court of law the evidence that Jackson was a nonce is very strong.

Whether that justifies radio stations banning his music is a different question. None of his songs are actually about kiddy fiddling, as far as I can make out. Deluded fans who put him on a pedestal as some sort of saintly figure are desperate to maintain his innocence, but for the rest of us it isn't necessary to love the man to enjoy some of his tunes. I'm not too keen on this 'court of public opinion' urge to rewrite cultural history - plenty of past artists have been Bad People, and we don't have to wait for ageing rock stars to be publicly called out to know that a lot of them had sex with with underage fans 'back in the day.'

jackson as an artist was never my taste but he is not the first and will not be the last where allogations will be made against them. it is and will get harder and harder to disguise a dodgy past or present which is at least a good thing in the modern world. do we ban playing of their music is another matter. if they or anyone get a financial reward for doing so i,d say yes .

I've always disliked everything about him - the music, his persona, and his rabid fans.

Glitter and the Lost Prophets singer were both tried, convicted by a jury and went to jail.

Jackson was tried once and acquitted, in part because of evidence in his defence that Safechuck and Robson gave under oath and maintained under cross examination. I think it was a miscarriage of justice, so do loads of people, but the fact remains that Jackson isn't a convicted pedophile. If his estate was to mount a legal challenge against a radio station that has banned his music they'd probably win.

The drum n bass remix of Lucy Don'y Take Your Love To Town was ace.

Saville wasn’t convicted, but it’s pretty cut and dry he was a pure nonce, not sure why this whole Jackson thing divides people, every single sign tells you he was up to summit.
