May I say first I did not think Richard money was the right choice from the off , think less so having endured today’s display, so far nothings telling me any different. We were better against Gateshead but they were weakened without top scorer Armstrong or Pears in goal with one or two others missing through suspension etc .

Anyway Money took over at Solihull quitting 26 days in after finding the task Bigger than expected, I some how think the same will happen here, lots more wrong in the club with the playing personnel, Davies, potentially our best player, captain and leader seems to have played his last game etc.
Some fans were clearly not happy with a couple shouting for Money to fuck off quite loudly at the end. Anyway look at his stats from Solihull & here...

Solihull Moor 5 October 2017 31 October 2017 P6 W2 D1 L3 33.33
Hartlepool Uniited 11 December 2018 5 January 2019 P6 W2 D2 L2 33.33

Very similar! Don’t know the full story at Solihull but I would not be surprised if he wraps it in on Monday, not impressed by his comments after games either, we were shite today against a poor side, no excuses at all for today, tactics & selection lost it today plus a generally poor effort overall.

Don’t know him personally but he always looks deadly serious, grumpy & aloof when at other clubs as well, doesn’t seem the short to have a bit of craic or rapport with the fans either?

Money can't polish turds just bin them in May.
And that includes the jobs for the boys coaching staff.

Oh dear , oh dear

So even when we win YOU have a reason why we fluked it.

Anyway Money took over at Solihull quitting 26 days in after finding the task Bigger than expected,
How do you know that?
I some how think the same will happen here, lots more wrong in the club with the playing personnel,
Again, how do you know that?
Davies, potentially our best player, captain and leader seems to have played his last game etc.
Would that Mr Intermittent Davies, the phantom of defence?

Some fans were clearly not happy with a couple shouting for Money to fuck off quite loudly at the end.
Where you one of them?
Anyway look at his stats from Solihull & here...

Hartlepool Uniited 11 December 2018 5 January 2019 P6 W2 D2 L2 33.33And......? What did you want or expect, 6 straight wins, 30 goals scored and none conceded ?

Very similar! Don’t know the full story at Solihull
So you finally admit it’s all in your head( cue Magic Roundabout music)
but I would not be surprised if he wraps it in on Monday, not impressed by his comments after games either, we were shite today against a poor side, no excuses at all for today, tactics & selection lost it today plus a generally poor effort overall.

Don’t know him personally
Once again, you pass comment on something you know absolutely nothing about.
but he always looks deadly serious, grumpy & aloof when at other clubs as well, doesn’t seem the short to have a bit of craic or rapport with the fans either?
Do you want a manager or do you want to go out on a date with him....?

I give up.

That for me is the big problem, they are all mates, their jobs appear locked down.

We've had major issues scoring all season, Money is trying to address that. He's already brought back Cassidy but wants to bring in another striker. He's already said he's looking for a creative midfielder, we all thought Luke Williams could be the final piece in the jigsaw but turns out his body is made from jigsaw pieces.

To say you thought a manager with Money's record wasn't the right appointment tells me everything I need to know. He has a big job on his hands but given time there can't be many better suited to overhaul an entire football club.

That jigsaw pieces line certainly deserves more acclaim than it got

Give the blokes chance, he's took over from a manager that thought 70 minutes training sessions were enough for full time professional footballers and allowed a regime to flourish where some of the players felt an acceptable diet was takeaway junk food.

If you keep sacking managers you will end up like York. Looking for their third one already this season.

First of all I am not in favour of sacking Money but I wouldn't rule out the suggestion that he might walk away.
When he first came to the club he stated that the challenge of getting Pools back into the football league was the major factor in prising him out of semi-retirement. One last fling so to speak.
Now I don't know of what happens behind the scenes at Pools but it is not far fetched to suggest that Money could get pissed off.
I hope he sticks it out, recognises that it is a long term job and not a short term fix, persuades the club to trust his judgement on playing staff, gets the crowd onside and also backing his judgement.
Knowing our fans and how fickle we are and also how impatient everyone is getting, which is the result of our performances over recent seasons, will the fans frustrate Money into pissing off????
What is required is patience from the fans and the club as well as backing from both.
If that is not forthcoming, suggesting Money could walk away is not unreasonable.
It has crossed my mind on more than one occasion, I must admit.
I look at Money's interviews and his body language, coupled with the tone of his comments, and it comes across that he is extremely frustrated after such a short time so it wouldn't surprise me.

It never helps when the ‘woodpeckers’ start pecking away at whoever takes the job within 5 minutes of being appointed. Whining away like a jet taxiing for take off improves nothing.

Any half wit with a phone or lap top can vent his spleen on the facebook page and the 1 admin guy does nothing about it, the vitriol on there is vile and the same people post shite on a weekly basis, I`m sure the squad don`t read it, well hopefully!

I agree with the opening post. Moneys had long enough now and it’s time he walked. If we aren’t in the premier league by now I don’t think we ever will be this season. Time to go Richards money

If you keep picking the wrong managers you end up like York or us. Although in our case, as I have said a million times in the past, its goes beyond just appointing the right manager, the whole structure of the club is a clusterfook, maybe it is at York as well.

Sshhh.... you never mention the .......’clique’. There is no clique. In fact what are you talking about?
Just to be safe though....look under the bed before you go to sleep and don’t answer the door in the middle of the night.

Not a clique as in the past, but certainly a few jobs for the boys , of course that only becomes a crime if your team isn't winning. I find it strange that Money hasn't or maybe hasn't been allowed to bring anyone in with him. I would of thought given the scale of the task Money has ahead of him, he would want a confidante alongside him. Maybe it will happen shortly, maybe not.

Bates who had a good record at the time he was appointed, Davies who was lauded by everyone as a great signing, Williams who was lauded by everyone as a great signing, McNamee who came and helped us out for nothing and is a good coach, Turnbull who did the same...

Fucking hell Horden, I know you like to have a whinge but this one's a bit strange. These people are/were employed based on their ability or track record. Crystal balls aren't included with appointments and signings.

The reality is we recruited poorly for positions we didn't need, Noble & McLaughlin being the main examples. No mates club there, just naivety. The club learned quickly and moved Bates on, now the new fella is giving it a go.

Money said when he came that he has never been the type of manager to always work with the same backroom team, so probably not strange.

Although maybe had a big affect on the decision to appoint him.

Madness people having a go at Money already. There is a mentality that unless the manager does exactly what an individual wants, he’s wrong. The poster will then go on and on about it. Let it go FFS!
I, and most fans, weren’t chuffed when Magnay was picked in midfield. I understand the rationale but wrong player. I’ve got an opinion on it but I’ve no intention of banging on ad infinitum. I suggest we can judge progress more fairly at the end of the season.

I detected this as soon as Money was appointed, there was no fanfare, I suspect Bates had quite a few followers, only god knows why, maybe because he was young, cool and had a beard. Bradbury would of appeased the championship manager generation, but Money not so. That I am guessing is why some are already on his case.

The shite I've seen in here has pissed me off, some outright lies, some over emotional shite but mostly grown men having a cry about things they can't control. Just go and watch the games if you want, if you hate it that much then don't, simple innit?

The shite I've seen in here has pissed me off, some outright lies, some over emotional shite but mostly grown men having a cry about things they can't control. Just go and watch the games if you want, if you hate it that much then don't, simple innit?

Its only shite and lies in your opinion, If you cant handle it , don't get involved?

Not in my opinion, just facts. And I'm handling it perfectly fine, you're full of shit.

Because you are wrong, therefore I am stating facts. How hard is that to understand?

I think you have , because I have a better vocabulary, more knowledgeable and generally right about most things Pools, thats why you are pissed off, you have been building up to this for a couple of weeks , with your sarcastic, narky posts and replies. I can't be arsed wasting anymore of my time conversing with immature imbeciles to be honest. I will let you have the last word, I'm grown up like that. stpid
