does anyone else have it?? I got sick of the BT broadband wireless router dropping the i.p. address rather too frequently, which stopped me from going online!!! NTL wouldn't service the address because of previous bad debtors here, so I had little choice but to use another company for cable broadband!!! Are they the best of the rest or not? Any opinions?

cable broadband is the best option as you get the level you pay for eg pay for 8mb get 8mb unlike bt/sky etc

yes I believe ntl provide the service, but for some reason they would not install any services to the flat above the boozer - but Virgin did straight away. Don't quite know what's gone on there really, but at least I've got it in the end.

there is no such company as ntl now, not for new customers anyway, virgin media took control off NTL, Blueyonder, Telewest etc so its all virgin media now and its shite! during 4pm till 12am they cap your downloads to half your maximum download speed for your line! its their 'NEW' fair use policy instead of capping the amount you download! fackin arseholes, didnt use to be like that with NTL....Rant Over.
