The club is very happy to announce the signing of Darren Holden.



Darren made 18 appearances for Guiseley in the Vanarama National League in the 2017 2018 season having joined them from West Auckland. Prior to that he played at South Shields, Gateshead, Ross County and also made 58 appearances for Hartlepool United.



Darren is a left sided player and Manager Chris Moore is delighted to add Darren to the Conny Army squad. He is available for Consett's first home game of the season on Saturday 4th August when the Steelmen welcome Guisborough to Belle View Stadium for a 3 pm kick off in the EBAC Northern League.
