Over recent years at our club things have been turbulent yo say the very least. The club has been fleeced of both money,status and its reputation.Now we seem to be stabilising with a new structure in place and a definite " for Hartlepool united" attitude. However we must not become complacent which was one of the main problems of early last season.Also there were some good polnts of the Pam Duxbury reign such as her Business Club now taken up by other clubs such as Orient getting the local business comunity together and behind the club offering the facilities at a price for the good of both sides.
I hope this season is a succesful one and that the club takes up offers of free help from both the trust and other individualsto make HUFC a success story.

Things look better, could they have got much worse? but not sure about turned the corner just yet, results on the pitch will help answer that question. We are off the life support machine, but now walking around on crutches and taking lots of medication is how I see it.

I'm fairly confident we have bottomed out and will go on from here. The team running the club looks solid and determined enough to drive us forward. How we fare in the coming season will be influenced a lot by how we manage injuries and suspensions. Lets hope we ride our luck on those fronts.
Bates needs to get a settled side as soon as possible, with the new boys gelling quickly.
Score some goals, keep the back door shut and we should do ok.

In agreement with Derwent.
Players shouldn't have to worry about getting payed on time which fcuked the team spirit up last season.
Don't think I'm getting to carried away by hoping for a top 7 finish.

I think this season we will finish about 11th, still a few good players short for mounting a push for promotion imo, hopefully the season after this we will be in a good position to give it a go.

Sensible reply. I will be happy with season of consolidation and a few positives to take into 2019/20 season
