I recall paying over £5 a pint in North Norway in 1991, almost spoilt the whole going out for a drink experience, except the ladies were lovely.

I paid around £1.50 for a pint of Sam Smiths in Leeds last year. Was about 2.9% like.

A pint in Norway was about £7 eighteen years ago. Bit of a shock but then I got charged £3 for a tomato and it didn't seem as bad.
